One of my avenger favourites remember seeing them at the Top Hat Ballroom in Napier many times between 1966 and 1968
I loved this beautiful haunting song penned by Dave Jordon and performed by the Avengers.The song won the Apra silver scroll award for composition for Jordon in 1969 but I was disappointed the Avengers failed to win the Gold disc award with that performance,it went instead to the Hi revving Tongues with " Rain & Tears"
To whom so ever posted this I thank you , in 69 I was in my sixteenth year and it has taken me 48 years to hear this song again , once again thank you
