California Crossing is the seventh studio album by the American stoner rock band Fu Manchu. Released in 2001, the album features eleven tracks that blend heavy riffs, groovy bass lines, and catchy vocals to create a sound that's both energetic and melodic.

From the opening track, "Separate Kingdom," to the closing track, "Drive," California Crossing delivers a consistent dose of hard-hitting rock that's sure to please fans of the genre. The band's 2001 album, California Crossing, is a rehash of their previous efforts with some tired, rude chants/grooves ("Go for It") and less metal distortion more akin to Urge Overkill than Stoner Metal. Sounds unfortunately lifeless.
