Review by Daisy Rae

Set De Laccordeon Canadien is an impressive album by Gerard Lajoie, a renowned accordion player from Canada. The album is a beautiful blend of traditional Canadian folk music and contemporary accordion tunes. Lajoie's skillful playing and his ability to evoke emotions through his music is truly remarkable.

The album opens with the lively and upbeat "Reel du Pendu," which sets the tone for the rest of the album. The track features Lajoie's fast and precise playing, accompanied by the rhythmic beats of the guitar and bass.

The album also features slower, more melancholic tracks such as "Le Reel des Souvenirs" and "La Valse des Souvenirs." These tracks showcase Lajoie's ability to create a haunting and emotive atmosphere with his playing.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "La Marche des Eboulements," a traditional Canadian tune that Lajoie has arranged for the accordion. The track features Lajoie's intricate playing, which is both elegant and powerful.
