JazzFakers' latest album, Jazzfakers, is a refreshing take on jazz music that will leave listeners wanting more. The band's innovative sound and unique approach to improvisation make for an exciting and unpredictable listening experience.

The album features a range of instruments, including saxophone, trumpet, bass, and drums, all of which are expertly played by the band members. Each track on the album showcases the band's ability to blend different styles of jazz, from traditional swing to avant-garde free jazz.

One standout track is "Faker's Delight," which features a catchy melody and a driving rhythm section. The band's improvisation skills are on full display here, as they seamlessly transition between solos and group interplay.

Another highlight of the album is "Jazzfakers Theme," which serves as an introduction to the band's sound. The track features a playful melody and showcases the band's ability to create a cohesive sound despite their diverse influences.

About The JazzFakers

THE JAZZFAKERS quartet emerged from the New York music scene in 2008. The idea originated from saxophonist/keyboardist David Tamura who runs the New York City Experimental Music Meet-Ups. During this time, he teamed up with drummer Steve Orbach, and multi-instrumentalist Robert L. Pepper of avant garde experimentalists PAS, later to add bassist Isaac Taylor to complete the project. The group incorporates various forms of music including jazz, avant garde, noise, improv, and minimalism, along with a few mainstream hooks, to develop a new cutting edge sound which can only be described as "beautifully schizophrenic and original".
