Review by Jeannette Kaplun

Ken Griffin's album, "Smile," is a delightful collection of instrumental tracks that will transport listeners to a bygone era of easy listening music. The album features Griffin's signature sound, with his nimble fingers dancing across the keys of his Hammond organ, creating a warm and inviting sound that is both relaxing and uplifting.

The album is a mixture of original compositions and classic standards, such as "Moon River" and "The Shadow of Your Smile," all performed with Griffin's unique and engaging style. The arrangements are simple yet effective, with the organ taking center stage, supported by tasteful guitar and percussion.

One of the standout tracks on the album is "Smile," a hauntingly beautiful tune that showcases Griffin's talent for creating emotional and evocative music. The track builds slowly, with each note adding to the sense of longing and nostalgia that permeates the piece.
