My father ran a Juke Joint in Marianna, Arkansas this song was on the jukebox.Lowell Fulsom got a lot of play during the Christmas season. That was back in the 1960s and 1970s.
This special gentleman picks you up and pulls you out of the dumps on this very day. It is a very relevant song for me. But Im smiling. Bless you dear sir.
A Blessed Christmas to Everyone Everywhere.

Ok maybe I missed it but I see someone mentioned Lowell Fulsom.
Earl Brown was alto sax on most of Lowell Fulson's songs during the 1950 timeframe. Also, on Everyday I Have the Blues and others.
I sang Come See About Me, BY The Supremes doing background and lead myself.
BB King Bobby Bland were like my Mentors. Just brought back some memories hearing
