Review by Moshe Jonathan Gordon Radian

When I Get Through With You Imagine That is a classic country album from the legendary Patsy Cline. Released in 1963, the album features 12 tracks that showcase Cline's powerful vocals and emotive storytelling.

The album opens with the upbeat and playful "A Church, A Courtroom, and Then Goodbye," which sets the tone for the rest of the record. Cline's voice is full of sass and confidence as she sings about leaving a bad relationship.

Other standout tracks include "When I Get Through With You," which features Cline's signature twang and a catchy chorus, and "If I Could See the World (Through the Eyes of a Child)," a poignant ballad that showcases Cline's ability to convey emotion through her vocals.

You think you love Sue
But when I get through with you
You won't ever look at Sue again

I'm gonna be so good to you
I'm gonna love you my whole life through
Pretty soon you'll feel the same
You won't even know her name
I'll give ya kisses that she can't beat
I'll treat you so nice and sweet
When I get through with you
You'll love me true, not Sue
When I get through with you
You'll love me true

I'm gonna treat you so sweet and kind
I'll drive her right outta your mind
And you won't know her if you meet
Walk right by her on the street
Because I want you and need you so
Poor Susie will have to go
When I get through with you
You'll love me true, not Sue
When I get through with you
You'll love me true

I'm gonna be so good to you
I'll love you my whole life through
Pretty soon you'll feel the same
You won't even know her name
I'll give you kisses that she can't beat
I'll treat you so nice and sweet
When I get through with you
You'll love me true, not Sue
When I get through with you
You'll love me true, not Sue
When I get through with you
You'll love me true, not Sue
When I get through with you

A great Patsy Cline doo wop, although needing a SAX solo. She also did country, western, blues, jazz, pop and spiritual. Despite enduring major career mismanagement, with that voice and talent Patsy rose to join the greatest of the immortals - Garland, Sinatra, Fitzgerald and Orbison. Imagine if she had lived a full life and had been better managed - WOW!

I love her so much and I just recently found out about her. Been listening to her non stop. Also love the movies about her life. She was so beautiful and gifted and died so young. #rippatsy

This song was one of my favorites when it came out in 1962. It went # 53 on the pop charts. It was a tragic loss when Patsy was killed in an airplane accident in March 1963.
