Persian Risk's album Rise Up is a must-listen for all heavy metal enthusiasts. The album features 10 tracks of pure rock and roll energy that will leave listeners wanting more. Each song on the album showcases the band's unique sound and style, with soaring guitar riffs, thundering drums, and powerful vocals. The album's title track, "Rise Up," is a standout, with its catchy chorus and infectious melody that will have fans singing along. UK's Persian Risk were the first band of Phil Campbell, although by their time of their 1986 debut, Rise Up, he had already joined Motorhead: the album is a mere rehash of various Hard Rock/AOR cliches.

I saw these in a little place called the transport club just off Adam street in Cardiff, must have been '81 and there must have been no more than 30 people there...they still played like they were headlining Wembley stadium though...such an underrated band!
