Tovar - Work To Play EP

Review by Allan Christian

Tovar's latest album, Work To Play, is a melodic masterpiece that seamlessly blends electronic and indie-pop sounds. The album is a reflection of the band's journey, both as musicians and as human beings. The lyrics are introspective and relatable, touching on themes of love, loss, and self-discovery.

The album opens with "Introvert," a dreamy track that sets the mood for the rest of the album. The second track, "Work To Play," is a catchy tune that encourages listeners to find balance in their lives. "Love is Not Enough" is a standout track that showcases the band's ability to create emotive music that resonates with listeners.

Tovar's vocals are a highlight of the album, with lead singer Juan Tovar's voice soaring over the instrumentals. The band's use of electronic beats and synths adds a modern touch to the indie-pop sound, creating a unique sound that is all their own.
