I heard this song for the first-time last Sunday in a bar in Coleraine. Who is this? I said to my partner, enjoying it immediately and a bit baffled as to why I had never heard it before. A voice interjected, ‘’That’s the guy who wrote it and sang it sitting over there… Uel Walls” “Really?” Ended up having a wee chat. Lovely guy, cool voice and great sounding band. I have since listened to the Paul Young Q Tips version of the song…In my opinion no contest. The warmth and charm are in the original. Love it!

When your 11/12 and your cousin is practicing in your granny house in Hazelbank Road in the Heights...speaker & equipment stored in her hall..I remember listening but didn't realise at the time how good they where ..then as I got older enjoyed the band at many a Loggers ball..Spuds..Brookes wine bar....brillant...RIP Brian Moffat........Missed but will live in many memories...

great song" also sung by paul young"and the q-tips, didnt the late great "joey newcombe" joke that the song was his idea, and did he ever sing it on stage,i remember him singing one night in kellys .with some of the extreamysts, someone correct me if im wrong please,they where great, never heard joey singing the "rock music" before that, CLASS!!

Brilliant! Loved those Spuds nights, still got a drumstick they through into the audience after the farewell gig, hit me on the head lol. Like A Rolling Stone was always my favourite. Wee Doc rules!
