Review by Chris Harrison

Misae Enomoto's album, "後追い三味線 Atooi Shamisen," is a beautiful and captivating collection of traditional Japanese music. Enomoto's skillful playing of the shamisen, a three-stringed instrument, is evident throughout the album, and her passion for the music is palpable.

The album includes a variety of songs, from lively and upbeat to more melancholic and introspective. Each track is expertly crafted, with Enomoto's intricate playing perfectly capturing the emotion and spirit of each piece.

One standout track is "Sakura, Sakura," a well-known Japanese folk song that Enomoto performs with grace and delicacy. Another highlight is "Hokkai Bon Uta," a lively dance tune that showcases Enomoto's impressive speed and dexterity on the shamisen.
