Attitude, the eleventh studio album by Canadian rock band April Wine, is a solid addition to their discography. Released in 1993, the album showcases the band's ability to evolve and adapt to changing musical trends while still staying true to their classic rock roots.
The album opens with the upbeat and catchy "Givin' It, Takin' It", which sets the tone for the rest of the record. Lead singer Myles Goodwyn's vocals are strong and confident throughout, and the band's instrumentation is tight and polished.
One of the standout tracks is "I'm a Man", which features a driving rhythm and a memorable guitar riff. The lyrics are straightforward and boastful, fitting perfectly with the song's energetic vibe.

One of the most underrated, best bands of all time. 16 studio albums, 4 live, (2003 being maybe the best live one). This Album is Jerry Mercer's favorite work with the band. At the 3:30 mark it sounds so much like Electric Jewels.
all the alternative crap was coming out at this time. Im glad that April Wine stayed true to form. This is a great cd.

This is one of the best songs out there. April Wine is one of the best bands out there and definitely the most underrated Canadian band. I love you guys!

This hidden hard rock gem was buried by the grunge movement.
I just heard of this group, and this song, just months ago, in 2022. Geeeeez, where was I when this tune came out? Very cool song, video is sort of lame, but I should have heard this a long time ago. Kudos April Wine.

I bought this album on CD soon after it came-out in 1993. Living in NYC, it was available only as a Canadian import, which may explain the unfortunate complete lack of radio airplay. Although I did call one of the radio stations to get them to play something from it, but they never did. It's too bad, as this and *Frigate* - which I also bought - deserved Stateside releases.

I remember hearing this when I was younger, it was some radio station on MW called Arm forces radio, I use to pick it up here in Ireland but the signal wasn't great, it had American presenters but I think it was also broadcasting from Europe too maybe Germany, it also use to have live baseball & American football on it too

Head and shoulders above every other song on Attitude. This should have been the first song on the album.
This song actually made Billboard's Mainstream Rock Charts for 6 weeks in 1993. It peaked at #35 and was April Wine's last song to chart. It was also their first song to chart since 1984. It should have done even better though. It's heavier than anything from them since 1979 and has a great chorus.
