Big Town Playboys - Hole In My Pocket

The Big Town Playboys are back with their latest album, "Hole In My Pocket". The band's signature blues sound is on full display in this collection of ten tracks, with each song showcasing the group's exceptional musicianship and tight-knit chemistry.
From the opening notes of "Hole In My Pocket", the listener is transported to a smoky blues club, with the gritty vocals of lead singer Dave Thomas perfectly complementing the raw and soulful guitar work of the band. Tracks such as "I'm On The Road Again" and "I Can't Quit You Baby" showcase the Playboys' ability to craft classic blues tunes that are both timeless and fresh.
The album's standout track is undoubtedly "Going Down Slow", a slow-burning blues number that builds to a powerful climax. Thomas's vocals are haunting and soulful, while the band's instrumentation is understated yet powerful, creating a moody and atmospheric sound.
