????
super avec cette rythmique déhanché
Personally, I would never say it's anywhere near to be the best. I've found it rather tiring to listen to as it apprears too nervous and jittery with no deliberate pauses that mark mature musicians, also found it rather predictive and generic. To me Davis is by far better, more mature and inventive.
Not sure why people are not totally embarrassed by these inane statements “ best….ever”. Really now?? Funny- they are never said by - musicians.
No one can match Grover Washington Jr on Sax solo ok let’s get it straight
Miles, close to the end..
On fire
God bless Bob Berg , thanks I have his music .....fascinating saxophonist...!...He past away much , much to early....
Best soprano sax solo? I once heard a Japanese housewife "catch fire" all of a sudden in a Tokyo street concert. Most inspired thing I ever saw. The audience flipped out.
I remember seeing Miles at the Opera House in Boston, man, with Tim Swetonic (correct me if it's a false memory, hahahaha...)....back in the day! Yeahhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Over the TOP !!!??????
You boys are tripping. Best saxophone solo ever? To you! And your limited knowledge. Not even close.
Miles davis what a idiot... all hate him... miles stfu and listen god bob sound!!!
LOVE the title of vid! I always fast forwarded to this part of the album, (& have ALWAYS said the same thing about miles) lol... But what's nice after listening to it about 100-200 x's, I can see & hear the respect & love he (Bob) had for the genius that was Miles, that he didn't mind the interruption. Rather, its so endearing to hear him try to mimic & vibe with the legend. Warms my heart... Esp considering where Bob gets his initial theme for the beginning of the solo.... & the powerhouse of what he brings from the breakdown all the way until miles delivers the surprise ending on him! Pure gold! Bob was always on point. RIP, one of greatest sax players to ever grace our ears! Thx for posting! ?? Now this edited song is on my Playlist! No more skipping ahead to this part ?
Bob threw Miles off by offsetting what he was playing and the rhythm section was like ye lets get him some space
