Review by Paul Richardson

Ivo Robić's album "Morgen Ay Ay Ay Paloma" is a musical masterpiece that has been captivating listeners since its release. The Croatian singer's velvety voice is a perfect match for the romantic ballads and upbeat tracks that make up this album. The title track, "Morgen," is a timeless classic that showcases Robić's vocal range and emotion.

The album also features several other notable tracks, including "Nina," "Siemens," and "Zbogom, Ostaj, Mila Moja." Each song is expertly arranged and produced, with a perfect balance between the vocals and instrumentation.

Listeners will appreciate the variety of styles and moods on the album, from the lively Latin rhythms of "Ay Ay Ay Paloma" to the hauntingly beautiful "Ti Si Moja Pjesma." Robić's ability to convey deep emotion through his voice is truly impressive, and it's evident in every song on the album.

So different from the original "Cucurrucucú paloma" (Dicen que por las noches se le iba en puro llorar; dicen que no dormía no más se le iba en puro tomar . . . ) yet marvelous lyrics recounting the relationship between a sailor and a dove. One of his best!

I heard a transvestite singing this on Twitch and I was searching all over for this song. That occurrence was one of the most bizarre things to ever happen in my life.

This song is a sad but hopeful statement about what many Germans must have been feeling by 1959.

I came to the US in 56 and shortly after I heard this song in German, and I liked it right away. For a long time they played on the radio then new ones came on. I never forgot this song.Glad I found it on UTUBE.

It's a lovely song. The lyrics are sad, but hopeful. This was my favorite song in 1959, and I'm happy to be able to listen to it from time to time.

This is *NOT* the authentic 1959 recording of this song. It's a mid-1960s or even mid-1970s rerecording, not even done by Polydor, for which label Robic recorded the song. This is a *FAKE* version, done more than 95% likely by an *imposter,* pretending to be Ivo Robic. And as a *FAKE* it deserves *NOTHING BUT THE UTMOST CONTEMPT!*
