Lizzard Wizzard's self-titled album is a wild and heavy ride through the depths of stoner and sludge metal. The Australian band's sophomore release is a perfect example of how to do heavy music right. The album is a riff-heavy assault on the senses, with each track delivering a crushing blow to the listener's ears.

The album opens with "License to Lizard", a six-minute jam that sets the tone for the rest of the album. The track is driven by a blistering guitar riff and a pounding rhythm section, with vocalist Michael Clarke's growls and screams adding an extra layer of intensity.

The album's standout track is undoubtedly "Total Handjob Future", a seven-minute epic that showcases the band's ability to create a massive wall of sound. The track features a slow, lumbering riff that builds and builds, culminating in an explosive climax that will leave listeners breathless.

Other highlights include the sludgy "Tree of Life and Death" and the psychedelic "Megachurch". The album closes with "The Bearded Lady", a slow-burning track that showcases the band's more melodic side.
